NOTE:
- Scan photo and upload in JPG Or PNG format
- Size of Photo and Signature should not be more than 15 KB.
- If the size of Photo and Signature exceeds 15 KB then change the setting of DPI Resolution of Scanner and re-scan.
- For signature, sign in black / blue color on white paper, scan it and upload in JPG format.
